A child's smile grows with him. The ideal time to start orthodontic treatment may be between 6 and 10 years, even if the child still has baby teeth. This is called first phase treatment. At this point, we can spot some concerns that require early intervention to avoid any development issues.

Invisalign First aligners are designed to achieve predictable results and provide a positive experience while meeting the unique needs of growing children: Align teeth while widening the dental arch to provide more space for present and permanent teeth that must grow.

Phase 1 treatment can be used to:

  • Prevent worsening of pre-existing tooth alignment problems

  • Straighten existing teeth

  • Improve the smile of a growing child

  • Correct oral habits like thumb sucking or pushing out the tongue

  • Facilitate and accelerate phase 2 treatment

  • Maintain space during eruption of permanent teeth

Straightening your teeth discreetly is possible!

Invisalign treatment involves wearing a series of clear plastic aligners that gradually move the teeth. Gutters should be changed every 7-14 days

Invisalign aligners are similar to those used for teeth whitening. However, they are custom made and are very comfortable. The trays are removed for eating and for hygiene care.
